EastConsult Limited was founded in 2001 in response to Zambia’s growing demand for professional, homegrown consulting engineering services. The founding team aimed to establish a firm that could deliver world-class solutions while maintaining a strong local identity. The company was built on the principle of providing technically sound, cost-effective, and socially responsible services to both government and private sector clients.

Begin Operations

Establishment of EastConsult Limited and entry into the Zambian consulting engineering industry.

2005

Diversification

Diversification into major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, airports, and water supply systems.

2015

Growth

Successful involvement in Output and Performance-Based Road Contracts (OPRC), positioning the firm as a leader in large-scale road engineering consultancy

Expansion

Expansion of services to international markets, including Malawi and Tanzania, with successful execution of donor-funded projects.
